This session of the bi-monthly Braiding Sweetgrass Sharing Circle gathers at Shed @ Stave Hill to read and reflect on chapter 14 of Robin Wall Kimmerer's 'Braiding Sweetgrass', 'Wisgaak Gokpenagen: A Black Ash Basket', which the group has been reading slowly since 2023. Through sharing reflections and savouring the writer's words, participants explore and heal their relationships to land and 'nature' in a gentle, supportive setting. No copy of the book is required and newcomers who haven't read previous chapters are welcome; the session is open to BIPOC who are within the LGBTQI+ community or an ally.
