Positively Presenting Yourself

Wandsworth Lifelong Learning's own course-fee guidance (stated identically on every course's Key Information page, e.g. wandsworthlifelonglearning.org.uk/courses/understanding-nutrition-and-health-level-2/) says the majority of courses are free for adults who are 19+, live in London/Greater London, have not already achieved a Level 3 or above qualification, and (for some courses) earn under GBP 28,860/year; a fee-paying option exists for learners who do not meet the criteria, and for some Level 3 courses generally, but no numeric fee is stated anywhere in the guide or on the course pages for either the free or fee-paying route. Eligibility here is a standing characteristic of the learner (residency/age/prior-qualification/income), not a membership or an adjunct charge, so it is recorded as a free-for-eligible-learners condition rather than a price range, since no figure is ever published to set price_min/price_max.
