About
The Enchanted Cinema performs a live score and sound effects for F. W. Murnau’s Faust, marking the silent film’s centenary.
Celeste Cantor-Stephens plays trumpet, Caelia Lunniss violin and Kieron Chissik guitar, organ and electric viola, with live foley and choral effects. The programme celebrates the film’s 1926 release and 250 years since Goethe’s first Faust draft. Station Hall's 29 November listing invites devil or angel costumes for a prize; the Abney Chapel listing does not specify this feature.
