The programme opens for arrivals at 1:30pm. A neighbourhood-health discussion about the rural picture runs from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, with a question-and-answer session involving NHS, council and voluntary-sector representatives. Refreshments follow from 3:00pm to 3:30pm, then Devon Communities Together’s AGM runs from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.
