Sunday Assembly London: Alien On Stage: when bus drivers meet face huggers

Documentary co-director Danielle Kummer discusses the bus drivers whose homemade Alien stage production reached the West End, with poetry billed from Rick Dove and Sunday Assembly London band singalongs. This secular community event welcomes newcomers and includes projected song lyrics for visitors who wish to sing or dance along. Refreshments and conversation follow. Assemblies are free, with voluntary donations supporting costs. The café, main room and toilets have step-free access; the stage has one step. Singing can be loud and a quieter café area is available with a front-of-house volunteer. Rick Dove’s appearance is listed as to be confirmed.
