About

A one-day Shoreditch festival brings UK oyster growers together for live shucking, tastings, food, drinks and early-evening music. General admission includes 12 oysters.

Three oyster bars bring together UK growers for shucking and tastings, alongside toppings, a shucking contest, judged oyster creations, talks and an ice oyster luge. Judge Rollin Lee is named, and Bad Boy Pizza Society supplies pizza. Live music is followed by a DJ until 20:00; individual music acts are not identified. Separately ticketed wine masterclasses hosted by Minuty run at 16:30 and 18:30, with oyster masterclasses at 17:30 and 19:30. These add-ons require general admission. The organiser says the event uses Village Underground and its rooftop; rooftop access is by stairs only.
