A Play, A Pie & A Pint: Zamboni

A funny, existential dramedy about three ice skating instructors coping after witnessing a freak accident, staged as part of A Play, A Pie and A Pint.

Zamboni, a play by Lex Joyce, follows skating instructors Donal, Noa and Gus whose beloved local ice rink becomes a place of fear after they witness a horrific accident on shift. The piece explores friendship, trauma and the wish to skate away from it all. It is performed as part of A Play, A Pie and A Pint's Autumn 2026 season, with food and drink included, and is co-presented with Assembly Theatre.
