About

A musical puppet adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Lydia Monks’ book follows a mermaid lured from the sea into a travelling circus.

The mermaid is tempted away from her sea-creature friends by a circus master who promises a swimming pool but keeps her in a small tank. Puppetry, songs and music by Barb Jungr bring her escape story to the stage. Ages 3–8; running time: 55 minutes. The performance is in the Main Auditorium.
