About

A seasonal Christmas market of festive stalls, a vintage carousel and entertainment filling Kingston's Ancient Market Place from mid-November to early January.

Kingston Christmas Market takes over the Ancient Market Place from 12 November 2026 to 3 January 2027 with festive stalls, a vintage carousel and twinkling fairy lights, plus live entertainment including Christmas choirs, local bands and an open-mic night. Market-stall hours run 10am-6pm Sunday-Wednesday and 10am-8pm Thursday-Saturday, while an attached bar and entertainment area keeps separately later hours into the evening; the market stalls close early at 5:30pm on Christmas Eve and the whole event is closed on Christmas Day.
