Yuyan Wang’s first UK solo exhibition brings video and installation to The Clerk’s House and the nearby crypt of Shoreditch Church.
The exhibition connects films and installations across two nearby sites. At The Clerk’s House, Wang’s work considers artificial light, digital systems and the demands for constant visibility; in the crypt of Shoreditch Church, another film follows industrial infrastructure and humanoid machines.
