Holwell Life Drawing // Long Saturday Session

A monthly five-hour life drawing session at Holwell Village Hall, open to all abilities aged 18 and over, with tutor Matt Burden on hand for guidance.

This monthly session offers five hours of drawing from the living nude model at Holwell Village Hall. It begins with quicker warm-up poses before moving on to longer poses, with breaks in between to share and assess work. The class is deliberately loose in structure so participants can work analytically or expressively as they choose, with tutor Matt Burden (MA Visual Communication, Royal College of Art) available to offer advice suited to each person's aims. Attendees bring their own materials and lunch, with teas and coffees provided; photography of the model is not permitted.
