About
A mixed-reality experience uses headsets and 3D models to tell how the 4th-century Roman silver hoard was found near Mildenhall in 1942.
Explore a recreation of the Suffolk landscape where 34 pieces of fourth-century Roman silver were discovered in 1942. Mixed-reality headsets let visitors uncover and examine detailed 3D replicas. Xibitr and Mildenhall Museum developed the experience; staff introduce the equipment. Timed sessions run 9–12 November, with school group enquiries through the box office.
