Local artist and illustrator Lizzie How hosts a relaxed Saturday-afternoon portrait drawing session in the Beak Brewery taproom. The 90-minute workshop opens with short poses and quick confidence-building drawing exercises, breaks for refreshing drinks, then moves to longer poses for calm portrait drawing, with guidance available for those who want it. At least two models sit for the session, basic materials and A4 drawing boards are provided, and complete beginners are welcome. The event is 18+ only, drinks are not included in the ticket, and the setting is casual with taproom background noise.
