Quilt Conservation Club

A monthly volunteer group of quilt enthusiasts and textile historians caring for Minerva’s antique and heritage quilt collection.

Volunteers document quilts, refold stored pieces for preservation, add hanging sleeves for exhibitions and research the stories behind the collection. Textile-history enthusiasts and newcomers can help care for quilts dating from the early nineteenth century to the 1970s.
