Inspired by Stripes – Natural Art Workshop

A free natural art workshop with land artist Winston Plowes exploring natural pigments, printing and pattern-making at Cherry Tree Library.

Land artist Winston Plowes leads a playful natural art workshop at Cherry Tree Library for Green Libraries Week. In a pop-up artists' studio, participants use printing techniques with natural pigments and handmade stamps, making marks inspired by stripes in nature such as zebras, birch bark and furrowed fields. The session lasts around two hours and attendees can stay for as long as they like; places are booked over the counter at Cherry Tree or Blackburn Central Library.
