A 60-minute EMOM-based group workout for all fitness levels run by Honest Wrk coaches Felix and Jag at CrossFit Woolwich.
Honest Wrk coaches Felix and Jag lead a fun but challenging 60-minute workout suitable for all fitness levels, blending cardio machines and resistance equipment in an EMOM (every minute on the minute) format. The session is designed to test participants physically and mentally, with doors opening at 11:50 AM. Exclusive Honest Wrk merchandise will be available to buy at the end of the session.
