London Youth Opera presents TAY - A Cautionary Tale

London Youth Opera performs TAY - A Cautionary Tale, a family-friendly new opera inspired by the failed 2016 launch of the Twitter chatbot TAY.

This one-hour-ten-minute opera, without interval, is inspired by the true story of the 2016 launch of the Twitter chatbot TAY, which did not go to plan. The show features characters including Influencers, Techies, Alexa & Siri, Trolls, Bots and Retired Pensioners, with music described as fun and percussion-led. It is pitched as an alternative Christmas show suitable for all ages.
