Mini Athletics Santa Fun Run

Children up to age 10 run laps of a track alongside Santa, collecting distance stickers, medals and surprises at Colchester Sports Park.

Mini Athletics Colchester and Chelmsford host a festive fun run for children up to age 10, who run for 20 minutes around a specially designed track while Santa runs alongside them. Stickers are awarded at certain distances so children can track how far they've gone, appealing to casual fun runners and more competitive older children alike. Adults go free and can join in the running, and children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Medals and other surprises from Santa are included in the one-hour session.
