A women's-only guided hike over Silver How and Swinescar Pike followed by a lakeside wood-fired sauna session in Grasmere.

Let'sMeetAt's first women's-only day pairs a morning walk over Silver How, Swinescar Pike and Easdale Tarn — a moderate 10.5km route of around three to four hours — with an afternoon wood-fired sauna at a lakeside spot in Grasmere. Hosts Abbie and Lils lead the hike and bring the group back to the sauna from 1pm, while Scarlet photographs the day and flies a drone. Participants meet at 9am outside Lucia's Bake House, arriving from 8:45am, with proper boots, layers, waterproofs, a towel and swimsuit advised.
