READERS 3.2: The Bookless Bookclub

A free in-person reading group session where short texts on photography and visual culture are read and discussed together, with no preparation needed.

AGITATE's READERS group joins forces with Tills Bookshop's Bookless Bookclub for a session exploring photography and visual culture. A facilitator brings a selection of short texts — fiction, poetry, theory, song lyrics and writing on visual art — which everyone reads together in the room before discussing them as a group. No prior reading, homework or background knowledge is required, and attendees can also view the READERS of Edinburgh competition exhibition on show in the shop.
