About

Tim Crouch’s play about grief brings a bereaved father face to face with a stage hypnotist, joined by a different guest actor at each performance.

The guest encounters the script for the first time on stage, without rehearsal. A father who has lost his daughter in a road accident volunteers for the act of the hypnotist whose car struck her. Tim Crouch performs with rotating guests in The Other Palace Main House, with Simon Crane credited on piano. The published running time is 75 minutes, with age guidance 12+ and themes of bereavement and strong language.
