Environmental and Energy Saving Workshop

A one-day face-to-face workshop helping charities and community organisations cut energy, water and waste costs using The Green Charities Framework™.

This practical one-day professional development course, delivered by Weardale Projects Support Ltd, is aimed at charity leaders, trustees, operations and facilities managers and other community organisations. It introduces The Green Charities Framework™, integrating ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 20121 principles into the management of charity facilities and services. Participants learn to identify savings on energy, water and waste, strengthen governance, and develop an Environmental and Energy Action Plan to reinvest savings into frontline services. The session runs 9am to 4pm at Crook Business Centre, with free parking and ages 18+.
