The Holistic ADHD Summit

A full-day summit of talks and workshops on holistic, non-medical approaches to managing ADHD, hosted by Seed Talks at Woolwich Works.

Seed Talks returns with a day-long programme of talks and workshops exploring holistic ADHD management, covering nutrition, movement, sleep, emotional wellbeing and practical everyday tools. Sessions include topics such as ADHD and relationships, eating and the nervous system, self-criticism, creativity and nature-based lessons for ADHD adults. Speakers include clinicians, coaches and researchers with lived experience, and the day features dedicated connection and networking sessions.
