Bones in the Desert

An immersive young-adult play links a refugee’s present-day reckoning with a buried century of war, identity and belonging.

Written by British-Armenian playwright Joe Nerssessian and produced by Half Moon, the play follows Artur between memories of the Syrian civil war and a reappearing figure from his journey. Half Moon says every performance is immersive, with an onstage Q&A after the show; the 14 November 19:00 performance is co-hosted with the Armenian Institute.
