This two-day CPD-certified programme from Trident Manor Training Academy is aimed at professionals responsible for safeguarding cultural and heritage venues. Day one covers the range of threats venues face, the 'Attack Cycle', behavioural analysis and situational awareness, hostile surveillance detection, and practical operational risk-reduction measures. Day two focuses on risk management, introducing assessment tools, security-in-depth strategies and a vulnerability assessment process, and concludes with a practical risk assessment exercise and group briefing. Lunch and refreshments are provided on both days.
