La Chiesa di Sant’Andrea degli Scozzesi alle Quattro Fontane – Un viaggio immersivo alla scoperta di un gioiello scozzese a Roma
About
A free immersive exhibition at Edinburgh's Italian Cultural Institute rediscovering Rome's lost Church of St Andrew of the Scots via a miniature model and mixed-reality experience.
The Italian Cultural Institute in Edinburgh hosts an immersive exhibition dedicated to the Church of Sant'Andrea degli Scozzesi alle Quattro Fontane, which for over three centuries preserved the memory of the Scottish community in baroque Rome. Visitors can see a miniature physical model with dynamic multimedia content and take part in an unprecedented Mixed Reality experience that restores the space to its eighteenth-century splendour. Entry is free with mandatory booking in 20-minute slots; opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30–16.00 and Friday 9.30–13.00, with a special Saturday opening on 17 October from 10.00 to 14.00.
