Jazz At The Merchants House: Jonny Mansfield Quartet ft. Emmanuel Michael

Vibraphonist Jonny Mansfield's quartet performs music from their new album Wide Step, joined by New York guitarist Emmanuel Michael.

The Jonny Mansfield Quartet — Jonny Mansfield on vibraphone, Will Barry on piano, Will Sach on double bass and Luke McCarthy on drums — performs music from Wide Step, their second album on Resonant Postcards, following their acclaimed 2024 debut. They are joined by special guest Emmanuel Michael, a New York-based guitarist, adding a transatlantic dimension to the band's contemporary UK jazz sound. The set combines original compositions with live improvisation.
