Howard Hodgkin: In a Public Garden

An exhibition of more than thirty prints by Howard Hodgkin spanning five decades, shown at The Amelia Scott.

This print retrospective brings together over thirty richly coloured prints by Howard Hodgkin, one of Britain's most distinctive modern artists. Spanning 1966 to 2016, the exhibition introduces Hodgkin's printmaking and shows how he used colour, shape and texture to transform memories, places and personal encounters into vivid visual experiences. It runs at The Amelia Scott from October 2026 to February 2027, open 9am to 5pm.
