Rooted in Recovery

Artworks made through a woodland-based psychotherapy programme explore recovery, resilience and connection.

The exhibition presents painting, drawing, sculpture and other work created in a nature-based art psychotherapy programme delivered by an NHS Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. It developed from a pilot with Small Woods into a woodland group at Haughmond Hill with Forestry England, bringing lived experience of healing and reconnection into the gallery.
