Milonga Intensive - Musicality and Sequences

A three-hour tango crash course covering milonga musicality, rhythm, steps and sequences, taught by Winston Veerender and Teresa Wang.

This intensive three-hour workshop focuses on milonga, the faster, playful relative of tango. Students cover milonga musicality including basics, syncopations and options, learn to differentiate milonga from tango in technique and musicality, and work through linear and circular sequences plus one advanced sequence. The course is aimed at dancers who have learned the basics and want to progress faster, with partners rotating throughout unless attendees book with a fixed partner.
