A 50-minute immersive dome film experience narrated by David Attenborough telling the story of Earth and humankind, at Market Hall Plymouth.

Our Story with David Attenborough is a 50-minute immersive film experience reworked for Market Hall's 360-degree projection dome, previously seen only at the Natural History Museum in London. It blends real-world natural footage, animation and an original score by Nick Powell to tell two intertwined stories: the four-billion-year epic of the Earth and the briefer story of humankind. Themes include the emergence of Homo sapiens, our connections with gorillas, and humanity's impact on and protection of great whales. Relaxed screenings with lowered capacity and volume run on Wednesdays at 2pm and once a month on Saturdays.
