About
A free festive children's lecture where Prof Ben Garrod and Dr Jess French help Santa choose a new animal for his sleigh team.
This Christmas lecture for children sees Santa searching for a new animal to join his Christmas Eve team, with Prof Ben Garrod and Dr Jess French presenting a festive showdown of candidate creatures. The audience decides which animal deserves a place on the sleigh, with animal facts, surprises and laughs along the way. Two identical 60-minute sessions run on Saturday 12 December, each with a 50-minute runtime and no interval. Recommended for ages 6–10, but all are welcome.
