A festive real-ice skating rink in Bournemouth's Lower Gardens with an alpine bar, running daily from 12 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
Skate Bournemouth returns to the Lower Gardens with the UK's longest real ice rink at 70 metres, open daily from 10:30am under festive lights and music. The rink sits within the canopies of the gardens as part of The Festival Trail Bournemouth, with a separate skate hire marquee, its own toilets and a viewing terrace. Themed sessions, student nights and long evening skates run alongside the Moguls Alpine Bar, which becomes an 18-plus venue with DJs on Friday and Saturday nights from 6pm.
