An evening of seasonal yoga and sound healing held at St Margarets Church to raise funds for Type 1 diabetes research.
Attendees will participate in a gentle seasonal yoga flow and an immersive sound bath meditation using Tibetan singing bowls. The event also features soothing herbal teas, festive mince pies, and a small gift stall. All profits from the evening will be donated to Diabetes UK, supporting research and individuals affected by Type 1 diabetes.
