A one-day, hands-on investor bootcamp at The Shard where participants learn angel and VC decision-making through four masterclasses led by Anthony Rose and Andy Ayim MBE.

Angels Den hosts a practical, in-person bootcamp taking attendees through a real early-stage investment process step by step: screening a startup, forming a view and defending the decision to an investment committee. The day covers four masterclasses — VC fundamentals, screening and due diligence, valuation and deal structure including SEIS/EIS, and making and defending the investment case. Guest facilitators are Anthony Rose, co-founder and CEO of SeedLegals, and Andy Ayim MBE, founder of The Angel Investing School. It is aimed at aspiring angel investors, aspiring VC professionals, and founders who want to understand how investors assess them.
