The Wonderful Wizard of Partick Cross

Òran Mór's Winter Panto is a Scots-flavoured Wizard of Oz spoof following Dame Dotty and her dog Toaty, blown to Partick Cross.

Written and directed by Martin McCormick, this year's Winter Panto at Òran Mór is a Glasgow take on The Wizard of Oz. Dame Dotty and her pooch Toaty are swept from Kansasgrove to Partick Cross, where she must reach a wise Wizard with help from a fearty Lion, a rusty Tinpot man and a thick-as-mince Scarecrow, all while battling the Wicked Bitch of the West-End. The show is performed by a cast of five and runs at 12pm and 2pm across late November.
