Eastern City BID Paint Your Own Nutcracker Workshop

A one-hour lunchtime workshop where participants paint their own 18cm wooden nutcracker in Victorian style, with tutor guidance and no experience needed.

Over a lunch hour, attendees paint an 18cm wooden nutcracker in Victorian style — red coat, black boots, gold buttons and braid — or in colours of their own choosing. A tutor begins with a short demonstration of the basics before hands-on painting, with help available throughout the session. The paint is touch dry by the end, and each nutcracker goes home in its own box. Participants are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the 12:00 start.
