About

Eight Saturday batting-cage sessions for experienced adults, with players grouped by their previous-season division.

The Winter Hitting Block focuses on batting practice at the outdoor Finsbury Park cages. Each Saturday has three one-hour groups: 10:00–11:00 for NBL to Division 3 players, 11:00–12:00 for Divisions 4 and 5, and 12:00–13:00 for other players. Each participant attends the slot that matches their level. Players bring their own bat and batting gloves; helmets and balls are provided. The full eight-week block is paid through Spond; single sessions are unavailable. Book by 14 November 2026.
