The Dung Beatles - 67 Forever

Beatles tribute band The Dung Beatles perform songs from the psychedelic Summer of Love era in a fully live two-act show.

The Dung Beatles, a Beatles tribute band formed in 2012, return to Thame Players Theatre with their show 67 Forever, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Summer of Love. The programme focuses on the Beatles' psychedelic period, including classics such as Strawberry Fields Forever, Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Magical Mystery Tour and I Am The Walrus. The band performs entirely live with no wigs or costumes, and the evening runs in two 60-minute acts separated by a 20-minute interval. The band has appeared on radio and in the BBC2 documentary film Paul McCartney: the lost bass.
