This final session in the Flourish series invites women to pause within daily life and rediscover what feels familiar through Tantric teachings, guided reflection and optional exercises. Participants explore happiness as a lasting choice in ordinary moments and learn practical tools to use the next morning. No yoga or Tantra experience is needed, and each session stands alone, so newcomers can join without having attended earlier parts. The session lasts two hours and asks attendees to bring a notebook.
