Stepping Back and Ditching Technology with John Foley

John Foley gives a talk at Holden Clough Nurseries about giving up his mobile phone and living a more analogue, nature-based life, with two sessions on 2 November.

John Foley gives a 1.5-hour talk about giving up his mobile phone in 2023 and moving towards a more analogue, nature-based way of living and working. He covers the challenges and freedoms of disconnecting, the benefits for focus, relationships and wellbeing, and his vision for technology-free spaces. The session ends with a Q&A, and tea, coffee and a biscuit are included, with 10% off plants on the day.
