About

Eleni Koutis’s beginner heels class breaks down technique and short choreography at a supportive pace; socks or bare feet are welcome.

The class starts with a warm-up and technique breakdown, then practises movement in heels before a short full-out routine. The source says participants may also work in socks or bare feet and that steps are taught gradually.
