Penguin Feeding

A 30-minute experience at St Andrews Aquarium where visitors feed the Humboldt penguin colony after a private briefing, with a certificate and aquarium entry included.

This feeding experience gives visitors the chance to feed St Andrews Aquarium's Humboldt penguin colony their favourite fishy snacks. After a private briefing on working with the penguins, participants get exclusive access to feed them in their enclosure. The session lasts roughly 30 minutes, concludes with a certificate presentation, and includes entry to the aquarium for one person. Minimum age is 8 years, and biosecurity rules apply due to avian influenza risk, including a footbath before entering the enclosure.
