About

Qigong classes with instructor Gerd Pearson.

The class uses Qigong exercises involving balance, relaxation, healthy breathing, good posture, exercise and meditation. Classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels; beginners are welcome and no experience is necessary. Wear loose-fitting clothing. The Hall’s class information gives a one-hour duration and a £10 cost. Friday classes are announced from 25 September 2026, with an additional Monday class from 2 November; the provider currently lists the dated sessions below.
