BethWall — Bouldering Basics

An instructor-led introduction to bouldering covers warming up, basic movement and safe use of the climbing wall.

For ages 14 and above, the class includes climbing shoes and explains how to climb safely on low walls above crash mats. Parents learning to supervise children can ask the instructor to cover the supervisor assessment. Under-18s need parental consent for independent climbing.
