Calm & Connect

A free weekly mama-and-baby group at Didcot Library offering guided activities like baby massage, refreshments and peer support for the newborn months.

Calm & Connect is a small group session run by Didcot Baby Monday for mothers with babies from newborn to around four months, focused on the 'fourth trimester'. Each session includes a guided activity such as baby massage, followed by refreshments and time to talk with other mums, with infant feeding and sleep support available from facilitators. Sessions run for one hour on Fridays during term time in the upstairs room at Didcot Library, with playmats, toys and changing facilities provided. Attendance is free but registration is required, with an optional suggested £5 donation, and bookings are prioritised for families in Didcot and surrounding villages.
