Max Livesey: The Production of History 1978

Max Livesey presents a site-specific sculptural installation titled "The Production of History 1978" at the Leper Chapel.

The exhibition dramatizes a fictional historian's research into the Leper Chapel in the late 20th Century. It is a site-specific sculptural installation that blends historical fact with esoteric interpretation. The work incorporates found and fabricated objects, drawings, sound, text, and video to reflect on how meaning is imposed on the past.
