A (little) Christmas Carol

A gentle, immersive family adaptation of A Christmas Carol for ages 3-8, performed by three actors with songs and storytelling.

Adapted by Toby Hulse with music by Julian Butler, this 60-minute show reimagines Dickens's classic for young children. On Christmas Eve, three siblings snowed in without electricity begin telling a story, and the world of Ebenezer Scrooge unfolds around them through immersive storytelling, catchy songs and imaginative props. The production features friendly ghosts and gentle humour, focusing on kindness and generosity, and includes a BSL-interpreted performance on 17 December and a relaxed performance on 28 December.
