Turning Inwards: What Can Stories Teach Us About Deep Listening?

A free workshop with storyteller Reuben Morris using traditional stories, meditation and communication exercises to explore deep listening.

Storyteller Reuben Morris leads a workshop combining story, stillness and connection. After a grounding meditation he shares three traditional stories as a starting point for exploring the role of listening in our lives. The session includes paired conversations, group reflection and gentle communication exercises aimed at listening more deeply to ourselves and one another. The event is free with a suggested donation of £10.
