Yoga in Harmony is a restorative morning yoga class in which live music is woven through every stretch, breath and savasana, with the music acting as part of the practice rather than a mere soundtrack. Each session pairs a different teacher with a musician, so no two sessions sound the same; this one features instructor Jo Hutton with piano. The class lasts one hour, welcomes all levels with options throughout, and under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants should bring their own yoga mat.
